Almost all by yourself Please think of assembly. Although there are difficulties, its weight is the most difficult one. Big things such as Billy and Pax exceed 60 kg. In some cases, loading from a car into the house can be dangerous. There is also a paid service, so I think it may be considered.
I think it was no good. I haven't seen it much.
It is not collected at IKEA Tokyo-Bay. It seems to be going at the Kohoku store
If it's a table, I sell it to the place where the chair is sold
January 1st is a day off (* 'v `)
It seems that there is a loan It seems to be good if you speak to the staff on the first floor entrance
There is!

Ikea is always Ikea. Has everything and it is cheap too
big store with wide range of products and good food
Big and spacious! Affordable furniture! They have outdoor and indoor options if you want to eat! And I love the IKEA chocolates! 😂
The first IKEA store in Japan. As usual, lots of products and nice display. Not like some of other IKEA store in Japan, passage and other places are spacious.Stuff are kind and professional.Recommended, if you like these products of IKEA.
The place is great, but I’ll only give them 3 stars bc there should be more staff around.
Good place to visit and enjoy the shopping.
Good place not only for house/office furniture but also spending your free time if you are fascinated into interior designing.
It was huge ! Got lost inside it and took me a long time finding the exit lol it was quite fun though .There is a restaurant on the second floor and they offer many kind of Swedish plates and they have all you can drink fountain offering European drinks. You can kill some time inside there and learn some of their style to decorate your own house. If you don’t have anything to do, you can come here and spend some time from them.
Wide verity and creative goods but sometimes not so good quality.
It's Ikea so you get the same as you do in any country. The restaurant is good but gets busy around meal times. There are free high chairs and baby food if you have a family card (small charge for food without it).The baby changing and nursing areas have just been renovated and are now on 1F. They are well equipped and spacious, much improved on before.
Affordable cabinets. They have online tool to design your kitchen. 👍
I mean...it is IKEA. Some find it overrated, others think it is amazing and go there for their entire home; some go for quick affordable pieces to complete a room; some people use the low priced items to arrange their Air BnB. I have never bought anything here, never thought of going to an IKEA to get anything, and I do not see myself doing so. It is low priced but there is no unique furnitures, it is too big for its own good. You get lost easily and it is like a cage almost feeling like one is forced to roam the entire place before getting out. I understand others see it as fun, interesting, an a bonding experience. Whatever positive feelings others get from the place, I do not. I went in Chicago and Denver, both times to help friends. Went to this one because my lady has never been in one, and she even felt its size was obnoxious. Online and smaller spots to drive to and from is better for me.
Drinks are all-you-can-drink and cheap, but foods are expensive but not good. Not very good.
Its a good place to buy all your home necessities with lot of choices. You can find cheaper and expensive as your wish. Place is recommended
Love everything about IKEA
Nice place. I would suggest to first go take a look instead of buying any sayonara sale items. Over all it’s fantastic buy. Yeah it’s a furniture supermarket also most living room items, curtains, mattresses etc... whole lot. Many wooden toys, many kitchen utensils. Nice... even they have a good food court.
Parking way is difficult, but anyway, the best IKEA around Tokyo!
Amazing food and reasonable prices.Shop and Eat.Eat and Shop will never happen :-)
Absolutely fantastic wonderful food fabulous products you can easily spend the day in this place and when you Finnish shopping enjoy an ice cream and a hot dog I can't wait to visit their again soon
Ikea is always a nice visit, but the food court design is not very efficient. It's really easy for people to get jammed up.Also if Google says it's busy, best not to go because it'll be nearly unbearable.
Typical IKEA. Busy. If you drive can be a pain to get out
Nice store with good atmosphere. All furniture bought here has been reasonable price and served me well. Food court also has some good options.
OK places. Difficult to find the product we look for, due to very complex floors
Every Ikea I've visited is clean, well kept, and organized. This one is no exception.
Nice store. Looks exactly has thé European one with the same exact layout. They also have restaurant which is not worth the trip for it.
I used there for lunch. Very crowded around noon. Salmon and meatballs were very very tasty.
We don't have an IKEA up north in Japan so it was nice to visit here. They offer a delivery service which is a great idea, fill a box and send for cheap basically.
If you expect to have the same level of IKEA service you have in other countries you would be disappointed. The customer service responds extremely slowly and inactively. The customer phone number is almost unusable and you will be directed to their online chat service, which is inconsistent and poorly managed and handled. If you use their delivery service, be patient and prepared to wait about two weeks, which is longer than Ikea in most other markets. And be careful not to miss the date — if you happen to be absent on the day your goods arrive, be prepared to wait at least another two weeks.
Cool place for furniture. But costly and may get cheap options outside other shops
Huge, nice, if you like Ikea... Particularly good for children, a lot for them. Huge, nice restaurant
It's all Hype. Rows and rows of bland products. Long Queues at checkout plus at transportation corner. Same long queue for the food. Food ingredients are not mentioned. You better like Swedish food else you are in bad luck. We had this impression before what happened below.Personal experience : We bought 2 sofa chairs from the store. They could send only after a week. When it came, one part of the chairs could not get in to the elevator so they took them back but charged the transportation fee anyway. Now IKEA wants ¥10,800 (~US $100) per chair for bringing by stairs. Or they'll dump them infront of the building and warranty will be lost. Want money back? We'll have to go back to the store outside the city, that too only once they tell us when to come.
It was good place. There was comfortable space to eat in.
A great place to visit for home furnishings. Delivery would be ideal if you live far away. If you get hungry, they've got a full on mini restaurant from salad to salmon. At the bottom floor, you can grab a hot dog and some lighter snacks on your way out. If you only have a few items, they've got a self-checkout. No need to wait in the long lines.
As in Europe Ikea have a great service and tons of item. Great!
Same as everywhere, you know what to expect. They have no vegan meals in restaurant.
Very large. Have many many usefull iteam with low price
Love shopping here for house goods. The food is goooooodddddAvoid weekends it’s mostly crowded at that time. For shopping and eating.
Great store with vast variety of products for home and decor available at reasonable prices!...
They've made improvements to better cater to the Japanese market. Toilets are better and the items on sale are displayed in relation to standard Tokyo accommodation sizes.
Great place. Food is yum. Lots of couples choose to spend time here just because. Their stock is nice, but there's plenty more options on their website, so be sure to have a look there as well. Their clearance sale section is great, got a fantastic deal on a floor lamp and table lamp. I'd recommend bringing someone along, just in case you find something incredible and need help carrying it back home.
One hour line for checking out! Crazy
Really unhelpful system. Day before scheduled delivery of my kitchen they contact to say it will be another 3 weeks for delivery. Had to hire a truck to get my kitchen. Hard to get anyone to make any decisions or even contact someone! Inflexible payment options. Really bad Ikea experience.
Massive store. Very well stocked. Almost everything available. You can check the stock availability before going via their Japanese website.
Ikea, nothing more to say. Full consistency all over the world. 🙂
Sweden embassy in Japan. Classic classy IKEA.
It’s IKEA. Like ikeas wherever you go.
Good for household furnishings shopping. Huge and free car parking area.
SO FRUSTRATING! Worst customer service - no one calls you back, they've removed the email option so you need to call and struggle through their system (pray you do not have issues with your order unless you speak FLUENT Japanese!!)
It's easier to check out. They have lots of self check out machines.
To my knowledge, the only place in Tokyo to get real Christmas trees that are affordable and good looking ❤️
